• Exchanges: The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories and tags.

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

3. Excluded Cases from Returns and Exchanges:

• Products whose original packaging has been opened or that have been used.

• Personal care devices and products or products affecting general health for hygiene reasons.

4. Shipping and Costs:

• If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order on our part, the store will bear all shipping costs.

• If the request is based on the customer's desire without a defect in the product, the customer will bear the shipping and return fees.

5. Refunds:
